Twenty years ago, discussing with the famous guitarist and my colleague Miguel Lliobet asked him what he taught as a first course at the novice students. He told me that he puts them to play chords open (free), so they can get used fingers to produce pure sound.

This method is unsurpassed, although difficult for the novice student, it helps to understand the difficulties of the first course, which taught the correct position of the guitar.
