Before entering our online store and browsing our website, we invite you to consult the following terms and conditions which apply specifically to the use of our website www.stollas.com. Once visiting or make purchases through our online store, you automatically accept unconditionally the conditions below. Please read them carefully. Please note that “STOLLAS MUSIC” reserves the right to unilaterally amend or update the following terms and conditions of transactions. The same terms & Conditions apply to Telephone Orders & email Orders.


Creating an account

Before making a transaction through our online store, you will need to create an account and enter your personal data, such as your full name, delivery address, phone number, your email address, etc. The registration process is only once.

All information related to your personal information and transactions is secure and confidential.

Confidentiality is obvious. The same basic principles apply to traditional trade, and also apply in the case of e-commerce. Product Information

STOLLAS MUSIC” commits to the completeness and accuracy of the information given on the website www.stollas.com, both for the existence of the essential features described of each available product and for the accuracy of data as provided by the online store of “STOLLAS MUSIC”, subject to any technical or typographical errors that may have escaped or have occurred unintentionally or due to any downtime of the site on grounds of force majeure.

The pictures of the products shown on this website are only indicative and may not in any circumstances act binding on the company “STOLLAS MUSIC”.


Product Availability

When your order is received, the CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT will notify you via e-mail or phone of the current availability of the desired products. In case you do not agree with the delivery time, you should notify us via e-mail whether you wish your order to remain active or not. If the terms and conditions of your order do not satisfy you, you have the right to cancel your order.


Order Cancellation

The cancellation of an order may occur in the following cases: Prior to the completion of your order during the online ordering process, you can remove the quantities of products from your cart by clicking the “remove” button. If your order has been completed online but has not yet been shipped you can call us on +30 210 440 1200 or send us an email at [email protected] indicating in both cases your order number and our customer service department will cancel your order.

In case you wish to cancel your order, but it has already been shipped, please note that the shipping costs and return shipping costs are not covered by “STOLLAS MUSIC”. In this case, after you receive the goods and you've already notified our customer service department about the cancellation of your order either by email or by phone, the goods will be returned to our company. Returned products must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging.


Right of Return

Purchasing from our eshop, you can return a purchased product and we will refund you, if the item is in perfect condition and in its original packaging with full content ( parts, instructions, etc. ), within 14 days of receipt. Please note that the return shipping costs are not covered by “STOLLAS MUSIC”. Please be advised that in case of a return, you should notify us in writing before your return a product via email at [email protected]. In each case, the return is under the responsibility of the customer. In case of theft/loss or damage due to transportation services, “STOLLAS MUSIC” bears no responsibility.

Any product that has been damaged or whose packaging has been damaged, will not receive compensation. If the product is returned incomplete or damaged, a price reduction will be applied in accordance with the diagnosis to be made by the competent department of our company.

We do not accept returns on the following products: accessories, books, tubes, woofers and woodwind instruments. Also if the product is found to be unsealed, and whether the product is a custom order, personalized according to the preferences of the consumer, or a pre-ordered product that was not on a "STOLLAS MUSIC" scheduled purchase from its vendors.


Warranty

The product warranty is the one provided by the manufacturer of each product. Exceptions are the electronic products that will be covered by our company’s 24-month warranty from the date of purchase and only if they are registered through our website.


Payment

Under current tax instructions, vouchers worth over 500 € ( including VAT ) to individuals ( Retail voucher) and vouchers worth over 3.000 € ( including VAT ) for professionals/businesses ( Sales Invoice ) should be paid ONLY to the following ways:


• Bank Transfer
• Credit/Debit Card

Payment Through Credit/Debit Card:

Payment Through Credit/Debit Card: The online shop of “STOLLAS MUSIC” accepts all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, and Maestro. Your transactions in our web store are protected by the highest security online systems. For purchases with your credit card, please follow the instructions as given in our e-shop. You will be prompted to enter the name of the cardholder, the number of the credit/debit card and the card’s expiration date, as well as the 3-digit number (CVV), printed on the back of your credit/debit card. If you choose to pay by credit/debit card, you must be present at the delivery of your order with your ID or passport. In this case ( ie . Paying by credit card), please be advised that the purchased goods won’t be delivered to any third person who shows your ID or passport.

Instalments: You can take advantage of up to 36 no-interest instalments by using your credit card if it is issued by a Greek Bank at any of our physical stores or 12 no-interest instalments when you checkout through our eShop.



Payment Upon Receipt Of Your Order (at delivery):

You can pay for your order the moment you receive it directly from our associated COURIER partner. This method of payment applies only to Greece and shipping only via COURIER. Please be aware that the charge for cash on delivery is €2.80.

Receipt And Payment Of Your Order To The Nearest “STOLLAS MUSIC” Store:

In the final stage of the checkout, you can select as shipping method the "Collection from store ". Then select from the list of our stores, the one that is nearest to you. If your order is placed until 12:00 and products are immediately available, then within 3 working days will be in the store you have chosen. The company's stores are located in Athens, Patras and Thessaloniki. The addresses of our stores are:

The payment of your order will be made at the selected store, where you will collect the goods you have ordered. If you choose to pay for your order via credit/debit card, please be informed that the charge of the credit/debit card will be made in the store. If necessary, you should have your credit/debit card and your ID (or passport) in case you wish to pay via credit/debit card at our stores.

After making the bank transfer please send us a copy of the payment by email at [email protected] indicating your order number so your payment can be easily and quickly identified. Upon reception of the payment copy, we will proceed to dispatch your order.

If you return any product or order, please note that you will be refunded via the same method used for your purchase (Cash or Bank transfer, Credit card, Paypal).


Shipping Methods

Via ACS COURIER*:

If you choose the shipping method “COURIER”, you will receive your order within 1-3 working days at the address you have provided (excluding remote areas according to COURIER). All orders entered by 13:00 will be processed on the same business day. If the value of your order exceeds 39,00 € then will be sent at no charge, and if it is less than 39,00 € the transport costs start from 2,80€. In any case, the transport cost of your order is shown automatically when you place the order on our website. If the destination of the parcel is a remote location (as described by the courier service), you will be presented with 2 different options; a) Collection from the nearest Courier branch department, b) Delivery to the shipping address with an added-up cost.

Note that via COURIER we cannot send bulky items, such as classical / electric/stage pianos, drum basses and electronic/acoustic drums etc. Shipping via COURIER applies only to Greece.

Via Transport Company*:

Our company collaborates with transportation agencies which can deliver your order within 1-3 working days from the date of dispatch.

If the value of your order exceeds 39,00 € then will be sent at no charge and if it is less than 39,00 € the transport costs start from 2,80 €. This offer is for deliveries all over Greece.

Note: For classical pianos deliveries, the transport costs are calculated after communicating with the customer service department of our company.

*All the above Shipping methods (and the free P&P offer for purchases over 39.00€) refer to shipments to Greece only.
