Orff's work is the main reference of music-kinetic and music-pedagogical activities. The brief work of N. Tsaftaridis deals with the way in which Orph pedagogy works and how it works. He examines the so-called "elementary" music and the adaptations made to Orff's work to be used as pedagogic material in countries other than the origin of the great musician. The book analyzes comparative songs used in the German, English and Greek versions of Orff's educational work to draw conclusions on the principles of teaching application that combines music with movement and speech. The book closes with an extremely useful glossary of musical terms.
